Hi, I’m Darren Hunter.

I started in property management in 1989 as a Property Manager in Adelaide, South Australia and for my first two years I found the role more than challenging with the conflict involved.

However, in 1993, after some personal breakthroughs with my confidence and self-esteem, my career took off from there!

Since this time I’ve been a Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and also a full-time Property Inspector doing all move-in, move-out, and routine inspections.
In 2003, I became a ‘State Property Manager’ overseeing 18 regional offices with 28 property managers in all, looking after recruitment, training, day-to-day property management operations and also writing their national property management policies and procedures.

In 2005, I launched into full-time training and consultancy training PM ‘nuts and bolts’ as well as fee maximisation strategies to property management companies all over Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

In 2017, Deniz Yusuf and I joined forces and formed Inspired Growth Training, a global leader in Property Management Growth and Training.
